1. Who we are

The Elektroflash online store belongs to Adrián Tortorella Murcia, with address at Correntías Medias, 84, 03300 Orihuela (Alicante), Spain, and email tiendashopiaak@gmail.com. The tax ID (NIF) and the rest of the legal details are in the Legal notice.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern the purchases you make in this store. By confirming an order you accept the version published at that time.

3. Products and prices

The features, price and delivery time of each product are on its product page. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping to Spain is free. If there were an obvious error in a price, we'll let you know before shipping the order and you can cancel it at no cost.

4. How to buy

Add the products to your cart, fill in your details and shipping address, choose the payment method and confirm the order. Before paying you'll see the full summary with the final price. The contract is concluded in Spanish. When you finish you'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary; we recommend keeping it.

5. Payment

Payment is made on Shopify's secure checkout page, using the methods shown at checkout. We don't store your card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and conditions are in our shipping policy.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. How to do it, who pays the return shipping and when we refund your money are explained in our returns policy.
