What you ask us most before buying.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the product, and you'll see it on each product page. The Magcubic projectors, the screen with floor stand and the Express packs ship from Spain and arrive in 1–2 business days. The HY300 Pro takes 2–7 business days. The fabric screen and the tracker ship from our international warehouse and take 7–14 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on all our products.
Can I watch it during the day?
A projector always looks better in low light. The HY300 Pro and the L018 are designed for watching in the dark or with the blinds down. The HY450MAX, with 1100 ANSI lumens, copes better with some light in the room.
What can I watch on the projector?
All three run Android 14 with YouTube and streaming apps. You can also connect a console, a laptop or a TV stick via HDMI.
What about the sound?
The built-in speaker is fine for basic use. For films we recommend connecting a speaker or soundbar via Bluetooth.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return it, no questions asked. The steps are in Returns and warranty.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, the 3-year legal warranty for new products. If something goes wrong, write to us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
How do I pay?
You pay on Shopify's secure checkout page. You'll see the available payment methods at checkout. All prices include VAT.
