You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).
How to make a return
- Write to us from the contact page or at tiendashopiaak@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return. If you prefer, use the model withdrawal form.
- We'll reply with the return address and the steps.
- Send the product with all its accessories and, if possible, in its box.
Return costs
If you return a product because you changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is on you. If the product arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, we pay.
Refund
We refund the amount using the same payment method within 14 days of you telling us about the return. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipment, before refunding.
3-year warranty
All our products come with the 3-year legal warranty from delivery. If something stops working, write to us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you, depending on the case.
If it arrives damaged
Write to us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and the product and we'll sort it out.
