Refund policy

At Elektroflash you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without having to give any reason (right of withdrawal).

How to return a product

  1. Write to us at tiendashopiaak@gmail.com or through our contact page before the 14 days are up. Tell us your order number and what you want to return. If you prefer, use the model form at the end of this page.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
  3. Send the product back no later than 14 calendar days after letting us know, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original box.

Return costs

If you return a product because you changed your mind, the return shipping is on you. If the product arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, we pay the costs.

Condition of the product

You can open the product and try it out just as you would in a physical shop. If you use it more than needed to check how it works and it comes back damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Refund

We refund everything you paid, using the same payment method, no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us about the return. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipment, before making the refund.

Packs

If you want to return a pack, return all the products it includes. If you only want to return part of it, write to us first and we'll sort it out with you.

3-year warranty

All our products come with the 3-year legal warranty from delivery. If a product fails or doesn't work as it should, write to us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll repair or replace it and, if that's not possible, we'll refund your money or give you a price reduction, as the law requires.

If your order arrives damaged

Write to us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and the product and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

Model withdrawal form

You only need to fill it in and send it to us if you want to withdraw from the contract. An email telling us you want to return your order works too.
