Shipping policy
Shipping is free on all our orders.
Delivery times
Each product ships from the warehouse shown on its product page. These are the usual delivery times for orders within Spain, in business days from order confirmation:
- Magcubic L018 and HY450MAX projectors, Express packs and screen with floor stand: ship from Spain. Delivery in 1–2 business days.
- 30 m mini laser meter: ships from Spain. Delivery in 1–3 business days.
- Fingerprint padlock: ships from Spain. Delivery in 1–4 business days.
- Cordless car vacuum: ships from Spain. Delivery in 2–4 business days.
- HY300 Pro projector: ships from Spain. Delivery in 2–7 business days.
- Standard packs: the projector arrives in 1–2 business days; the fabric screen arrives separately from our international warehouse in 7–14 business days.
- Foldable fabric screen, Bluetooth tracker and mini thermal printer: ship from our international warehouse. Delivery in 7–14 business days.
These are usual times, not guaranteed. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and orders outside Spain they may be longer.
Orders with several products
If your order includes products that ship from different warehouses, they'll arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
When we ship your order we'll send you an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link.
Delays and issues
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, write to us at tiendashopiaak@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
